Rio de Janeiro has been announced as the host city for the 20th edition of the SAHIC Hotel & Tourism Investment Forum – Latin America & The Caribbean, the leading international investment forum for the hospitality and tourism industry. For the first time in the event’s history, the same city and country will host two consecutive editions.
Rio de Janeiro’s innovation ecosystem has been consolidating itself as fertile ground for new ideas and entrepreneurs aiming to scale through technology. Proof of this is the delegation organized by Invest.Rio, in partnership with Maravalley, which represented the city at Web Summit Lisbon 2025, one of the world’s largest innovation and technology conferences.
Invest.Rio inaugurated its new headquarters this Thursday (12/18) in Porto Maravilha, further consolidating the area as one of the city’s leading hubs for business, innovation, and investment. The space was designed to welcome investors from around the world and strengthen the agency’s role in promoting new strategic opportunities in Rio.
